Our experience at Club Med Phuket was truly exceptional. My son has a peanut allergy, and Chef Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure his safety by personally advising us on which dishes to avoid at every meal. Jeffrey quickly became my son's favorite staff member, and even now, my son insists we should return to Club Med Phuket just to see him again. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and outstanding level of service. One tip: I highly recommend making a reservation at Chu-Da restaurant before your trip, as we had an unforgettable dining experience there.

We have just come back home after 9 days spending at Club Med Med Phuket including the Christmas holidays. My expectations were very high with Club Med and my husband seemed worried about it. Well... I must say that that Club Med Phuket have totally exceeded my expectations and left me speechless. This is a never ending, non stop life happening village, they offer a large scale of activities with world class instructors and outstanding events and shows. It is a dreamland where everything is catered for us to be happy and have fun. It is crazy impressive how they are able to turn everything into a show, everywhere into a cocktail and party place. Coconut garden pre Christmas Cocktail with live music, middle garden Xmas cocktail, White Party, pool party, circus in the pool OMG...Cannot even mention every single amazing event happening all the time... Cannot describe what I truly experienced.

Many thanks to Max Debled, Chef de village, General Manager of Club Med Phuket and to his incredible G.O. team. Max's strong leadership, his vision and his calm and humble personality define the village identity, we can see this perfection everywhere. The entire G.O. team is irreproachable. I shall only mention G.O.s that I got in touch with. Ali, Assistant General Manager, his incredible aura makes you feel that you friends since forever, he is easygoing and funny with leadership skills for sure. I hope to see him as a Chef de Village in the future. Tanjung is always there in any time, any activity. Powerwalk in the morning, abbs and glute, cardio traninig, aqua gym, dance at the pool, Karaoke night.... He is covering many activities with the same level of intensity and enthousiasme. Love it ! Ayoub and Valentin from mini club and teen club are doing great job, and they are so nice... Gwendy, he is the secret star of the team, he is a dancer and the choreographer. He is divine on the stage. He is so sexy and he is breathing sensuality. OMG ! And Batu. Batu is my favorite G.O. by far. Even though he is not as nice as the most of the G. O., when he is taking the micro on his hands, you can feel that Batu is born to do this, He is so confident and his total control of his voice and the ambiance makes it look so effortless for him. He has definitely high skills set to help him to climb up the ladder in the future. He is currently in charge of all the events in Club Med Phuket, no doubt that brillant career is ahead.

The food is delicious, really delicious and various food selections from European and Asian kitchens. Of course this is a buffet, and you can eat as much as you can but I loved it so much that this is so portion control style. Many starters and main dishes are served on plates with predefined measures. Actually it is a great idea. Thus, we dont waste much food and we dont put on weight. Win / Win situation, isnt it?
Drinks and cocktail at the bar are killer, so tasty. The staff at the bar are working so hard with a big smile all the time. It happens to get your cocktail customized as Tataa did every time he saw me. Every successful team has a great leader for sure. Ahmet is the Manager of all the bars in Club med Phuket. I am not surprised that Max praised Ahmet during the iconic white party in front the entire village. I totally agree with Max, he is kinda person that anybody would like to work with. Besides that, he is the most charismatic person in the village.

Success is not a coincidence. It is the fruit of hard work, discipline and passion. Well.. this G.O. team has it all. Spending Christmas 2024 in Club Med Phuket was the best decision of the year. Now we are back home, we are asking, why havent we booked for the new year night ?? Because now we know exactly what we will be missing and whatever Club Med Phuket is supposed to offer, will be unmatched !

I spent a week at Club Med phuket for the Christmas Holidays and the New Year, I really enjoyed my stay and I would like to thank the GO especially; Valentin, Aum, Ayoub as well as the whole GO team!! They really put the ambiance in the Teens Club and the activities we did were awesome!!! Worth every second!!! Thank You!!

Thanks a lot for Tonky’s very walm service at ChuFa restaurant. I had two wonderful sinned during my stay at ClubMed. Both are beyond my expectations. Great food, service and atmosphere! High recommend bookings in advance as it’s popular.

It was so fun, I loved teens club so much and Valentin and Aum were great GO’s!! I would definitely recommend this place for kids, you can loads of other people and make new friends during your stay. They would sometimes bring us to the beach and it was super fun
