Another wonderful & memorable holiday at Club Med & we are happy with the staff, ski/snowboard lessons & snowy fun time!
Look fer the super friendly & helpful Snowboard Coach Trevor as well as Ski Coach Jardine & Alex as we took just a couple of lessons & we are ready to ski on our own. Free flow of food, drinks, snacks, snow play round the clock as well as premium DHC toiletries. Perfect holiday especially fer families.

A blissful ski holiday
Overall experience is consistent with other reviewers and other clubmed experience, from check-in to check-out. I give it a four star because they have really good coaches, a special shout out to Charlie from Uk, he was very sharp in his observation and coaching us right where we needed improvement the most. Charlie and all the coaches were very careful and made sure we pass their assessment before progressing us to the next level. I really appreciate that as it made us feel safe and well taken care of. Other coaches we had and enjoyed their coaching were Gustav, Trixie, Jock.
The night show was really good, I love it that their GOs who are also the performers, came in all shapes and sizes! They are all so good, Carol, Calvin (?) the choreographer! Also Aya!! Logan the manager of Sahoro was a good dancer himself!
The restaurant manager Liam, the Turkey manager, were all so helpful, helped us to get a table and all.
The food is okay, there's only one restaurant that serves buffet for all meals. Good, okay quality. There's one small restaurant that serves shabu shabu but it's only by reservation and it's always full. That's a nice break from buffet. The bar has a special cocktail that was so good, picture attached.
I really like it that it's a small resort, from my room to ski locker, it's only a one minute walk, as it's in the same building, just took the elevator down. And the ski meet up place is just next to the restaurant. Everything is just in super close proximity to each other.
Good coaches, comfortable stay. With a nice onsen too. Breakfast- ski - lunch - ski - onsen - dinner - night show - 💤 then it goes again! Bliss!
I'm already planning my next trip!

Hi there, whoever is reading this message!
As a 12 year old kid, I wrote this to share my experience.
Pros:
You are instantly greeted by staff and some nice tea and warm towels, staff then shows you around, gives tips and is overall a good first impression.
The staff is very nice and helpful. They also help with directions and join you at eating times. One of the staff also asked if I was having a great day and we had a small conversation waiting for the elevator (Thanks ‘Al’)
Rooms were very nice and full of storage (at least for us) everything was quite new and clean, they also had the option to deliver more bath towels, soap and etc.
Since I’m 12, I’m in adult ski class. The coaches are very kind and encouraging, they also support skiers that are less skilled and try not to demote as much.
Events are very enjoyable and fun, you will also rarely be bored.
Food. Something I can’t forget here, the hot pot and buffet are one of the best I’ve been to. There are many choices and you can pick from a wide variety of food - that also serve vegan dishes!
Cons
The resort. Everything is separated and you must walk for a long time to reach somewhere. Compared to other resorts, I’ve been to, this club med is very old, even though they’ve renovated the resort, it still has some places that are very old and disgusting.
The items here at the gift shop are also very overpriced.
I still don’t understand the fact that people are having conversations during sleeping time. Stating that they have poor crowd control.
Some days, the parties are empty with only around a 2 families. Not the most motivating to make someone join.
Notes:
Anything I did not state means that I have not experienced it YET.
I am 12 so sorry for bad grammar or vocabulary.
This is MY experience
Shoutout to Vince, Edu, Marusha, Jayden and Pei
