5/5 • 21/12/2024The stay was great. The hotel in general looked slightly dated, however the staff were always friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Ms. Sentha who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time.
The all-inclusive was really good, with the variety of food at the restaurant, free flow drinks at the bar.
Overall, great stay. But really need some maintenance and upgrading works needs to be carried out, specially the building wall looks dirty

5/5 • 20/12/2024The best experience was with the Trapeze. Ally, Sandy, Edo, Hendry, Edo and Holly. They were professional and friendly. I would come back to Club Med Bintang because of them. The food was great. Accommodation was excellent. I enjoyed the golf too with the two instructors. The shows were great. Peddle tennis was fun. the waiter and waitresses were helpful and friendly.

Relaxing Club Med Trip

We loved the hospitality that Club Med has to offer, everyone was full of positive energy!
We were all very well taken care of on this trip from the minute we step foot into BIntan and till our departure. It was fun for people of all ages from kids club to adult bar and entertainment programme that engaged all of us.
We had a small scale lucky draw, and Yui has actually offered to accomodate us elsewhere for us to carry it out. Though we did not utilise it, i feel that Yui and her team are very thoughtful and attentive to our needs.
Though the room blocks were older, but the rooms were kept clean stocked with essentials.

Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents). This risk concerns rural areas only, not coastal or urban areas.
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
The Resort has a resident nurse.
All travellers entering must possess a valid national passport or internationally recognised travel document valid for travel.The documents should be valid, for more than six (6) months from the date of entry.
Foreign nationals who require a visa to enter must apply and obtain a visa in advance.
