Le Chalet is an amazing restaurant with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. The manager is incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

This is our third time going to clarlevoix clubmed in December with my husband and 4 kids. During this trip there are 3 team members that really made our trip amazing: 1) Elizabeth - GM: so helpful, responsive and was able to ensure my luggage is delivered from airport the next day (this was a mishap on our end) and Elizabeth resolved the issue in no time. She is also so knowledgeable and polite. 2) Carl - ski instructor - wow what an incredible instructor. He is passionate, teaches students technique and makes experience challenging and so fun. He is also very passionate if someone has difficulty in grasping to the new skills taught and will always wait for them. His motto is we must be safe and have fun and he really stands by his words! I have had numerous ski instructors at club med and nobody has been as great as Carl. 3) Anika - ski instructor for my almost 3 year old - I was so impressed by her that even though my son was nervous in the beginning he ended up being comfortable to slide down on mountain alone and after the class he kept saying that he wants to do it again. Thank you clubmed we will see you next year!

I enjoyed my second stay in club med Charlevoix with all my family and friends! Special thanks to my ski instructor Carl and the bartender Dmitri who took care of me and prepared all my morning coffees with a lot of love ❤️ looking forward to come back!

We (family of 4 couples, grand -parents, great grand-parents and 5 kids under 5) returned to the ClubMed for the 4th time in December since the opening. Since then, here are my impressions:
Pros:

• beautiful design and architecture
• spacious
• food is great and lots of choice
• service is adequate
• rooms are beautiful
• great equipment for babies (bed, bottle heater, baby food, changing tray)
• staff is friendly and helpful
• clean
• beautiful view
  -great skiing mountain

Things to improve :

• maintenance did not change our garbages although we had diapers
• swimming pool is cold! My two year old barely stayed in the water for more than 10 minutes as she was shivering cold… normally she loves spending time in water. As for me, I was not able to get into the water.
• Walk to outdoor spa is dangerous because it is icy. I did fall two years ago when walking up the stairs. There should be heating mats it would be an easy fix and great investment for safety. We advised the life guard on duty and said that there were regular falls and that they did mention to their supervisor but that nothing had changed since.
• Sadly, the second carpet was not functional as there was not enough snow. Carrying my two kids back from the gondola was tiring….I ended up not going back sadly. Perhaps they should add some rocks and level up the ground so that less snow is needed to get it functioning early on in the season.

All in all, great place to spend time with your family. We will most likely return but hope the ClubMed will keep bringing improvements as they have done over the past years 👍

Fantastic winter experience and amenities. Skiing, snowshoeing & yoga! The food & beverages phenomenal, a culinary experience each day! We were particularly pleased by the service of Samuel at The Chalet. His hospitality is above and beyond! Thank you Samuel!
