Your arrival
At Club Med, Sundays are the main arrival days, designed to minimize wait times upon your arrival. If you've booked without transport, we'll arrange your transfer from the nearest station or airport to the Resort.* Upon arriving from 3 pm, our cheerful G.O® team welcomes you. Early arrivals can enjoy lunch.* Your ski pass activates the day after arrival, and at the Resort reception, collect everything you need: ski pass and Club Med wristband/Pass* for room access, ski lockers, and payments. Prepare for check-in with Easy Arrival forms via your account or the My Club App before arrival.

Your Arrival
At Club Med, the main arrival day is Sunday. This is perfect for avoiding the queues!
If you have booked a stay without transport, we can arrange your transfer from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort.*
When you arrive at the Resort from 3pm, our G.O® team will welcome you with a smile.
If you arrive early, lunch can be provided*.
At the Resort reception, you will collect your Club Med digital wristband (or Club Med Pass*) which will serve as your room key and as a means of payment for additional services. You can enter your bank details in your customer account before your stay or on arrival at the Resort so you can use your wristband throughout your stay.
Sign into your account or download the My Club App so you can find the Easy Arrival forms. These allow you to prepare for check-in before you arrive.

Your Departure
Kindly note that check-out time is at 10 am, and we kindly request that you vacate your room by then.
