Turkoise Turks and Caicos

I experienced the day pass with a buddy of mine, and it was great. We sailed a Hobie cat for two hours and had a semi-private lesson with a guy named Eric from Montreal. He was terrific. We played pickleball, lounged around, and ate as much as we could!

I will start with this summary: All in all, a great resort with a laid back vibe, amazing sandy beach, fun and energetic staff and lots of activities to do. A few times this week we stopped to take in the beauty of this place, and felt so lucky to be here to experience this.

As always the Club Med met all of our expectations, especially when it comes to the amazing staff and activities available. We sailed everyday and Raf, Eric, Nathan, Loic and Will were the best out there on the beach to help us out. The sailing area is quite large and the boats are kept ready to go. Too bad the armada didn’t end up happening but that is nobody’s fault, just not the right wind conditions during the week.

More friendly staff we mingle with, Maxi and Maxo from the land sports were great to hang out with, and we learned quite a bit from chatting with them at meal time and around the resort. Super positive guys. Gabi from the diving shop was great and friendly and so pleasant to be around. The shows were good, and we really thought the circus team were unbelievable in all of the shows they did, and so fit and talented! The Music Factory show was tons of fun.

We did some pickelball (lots of courts and equipment to borrow), and spent lots of time at the beach, which is as gorgeous as you imagine and see in the pictures, no filter required. We usually do trapeze but didn’t during our trip. But we did see the staff there everyday with other GMs and barely any line up, so those participating got a lot of flying time.

One thing to mention, the week we were there (second of Dec), the GMs were quite a bit older than we are used to seeing at other resort, but that didn’t negatively affect our trip, just something worth mentioning in case people hope to meet people their age in social activities.

We had read a lot of comments about the rooms, and in our opinions they are clean and simple, but clearly not fancy. If you want the spa-like resort feel, this is not what you get here, but if you need a clean confortable place to sleep and get ready for the day, they are more than fine.

My family has been going to all inclusive resorts for over 30 years and I’ve been to club meds about 15 times. Out of all my vacations, I think this one is my favorite and it really comes down to the amazing staff they have at this location. The GOs I will miss the most are the circus crew. Jacob is an amazing human being that makes everyone feel welcome and special. He’d literally be my best friend if we were back home. Mason is one of the funniest people I’ve met. Morgan is really sweet, kind and genuine. Jake is mysterious and artsy with a big heart and a really good eye which makes you feel super safe on the trapeze. And Elise listens and has a great memory. Together, they all made the trapeze my favorite activity even though I never really gravitated this much towards it in the past. I feel like I also have to give a shout out to Edith from Salsa, Simone from fitness and Rafael from sailing. The staff at this location seem to really enjoy their jobs which seems to make a difference in terms of how they treat the guests. I didn’t interact as much with the chief of village but when I did, he was super accommodating and he seemed like a really good manager. The chief of entertainment was also really great! Overall, I’m really going to miss this village because of how genuine and amazing the GOs are here.

Piccadilly Ski Club had 74 people go to the resort, so we were a big group. They gave us a private room for our dinner meetings. The staff was excellent and took care of us.
The food selections were great. One evening, we ordered a special lobster dinner, which was very affordable. We had an amazing experience.

Had an amazing time at Club Med Turquoise. The beach is beautiful, loved the yoga lessons inches from the water.
Jesus in the housekeeping team was great, super helpful. Alfredo of maintenance too. Wyatt the bartender makes the best drinks! Valeria and Manuel in the kitchen are the best!
I recommend asking for Antonio for a massage.
The circus team members, particularly Jacob, are so impressive and welcoming! Highly recommend!
