Wonderful holiday experience. I really enjoyed the environment and having good time with all GO Teams!

It was an amazing weekend escape! The property itself offered so much excitement with plenty of sports facilities, allowing us to compete with other guests. The hotel was exceptionally clean, convenient, and provided a wide variety of buffet options. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Rian, who was highly engaging and always ready to assist us whenever possible. We had a great time and so much fun — definitely a memorable experience

I felt Leah at reception was reprimanding me as if I was someone lesser for "not being able to wait" when it was I who was cut in line after waiting, and it was a problem concerning my daughter. (I wasn't even asking for HER help). I was never spoken to like that at any resorts around the world, not even cheap ones. Maybe it's because I was Asian or she really likes teaching 'ill-mannered' guests how to behave, it was a very disturbing experience and I did go up to her addressing my feelings which she did apologize, but I don't think she would've, had I not went up to her.

Other GOs were wonderful, sweet and kind which covered up for the uncomfortable feelings I had. Thank you Vicky, Jenna, Deborah, Kevin, Akashi, Tawan, Akan, ALL mini club teachers. Had it been not for the incident, thanks to the staff, it would've been the perfect getaway, once again at clubmed. Definitely recommending and reserving my next trip with you again.

Club med never disappoints but you know it’s a great holiday when you’re sad to leave. From the activities, to food, to the grounds, the resort brought full comfort and relaxation at its finest. What makes Club Med stand out the most is the beautiful GO’s putting everything into making sure you’re comfortable and happy the entire time.
From the water team, Tawan, Ashleigh, Sid, Jenna and Salah were so friendly and encouraging. Snorkelling was a real highlight. From the circus team, Ovi, Abi & Jeremie put 100% into their performances and were so encouraging with trapeze participation including all the catches I was able to learn in the week. Other honourable mentions were Emre putting outstanding energy into everything, Damien, Bouba, Swann, Kara & Graham for their kindness and Dewi for the incredible massage. Super grateful to each one of these GO’s and the many others who didn’t get a mention for going above and beyond to make my time special.

This is our second visit to Club Med Bali in 8 months and have no hesitation in returning again.

The staff are beautiful, welcoming, professional and friendly especially Novi, Raven, Morne, Shin, Anya, Indah, Dewi, Pita, Anya S, Wishu, Charna, Kevin, Sid, Ajung, Orca, Swann, Faaiq, Hiroko, Diah, Anita, Baruada and Gea who are all AMAZING individuals!! Thank you, Adrien, Enes and Ahmed for making our stay so very enjoyable!!

This time around we booked a superior ground floor room which to us, was well worth the additional investment.

The weather at times was raining but this did not affect any of the activities or timetable, the activities were either moved inside or to other facilities within the resort.

There are two Restaurants to choose from either The Agung (Main Restaurant - buffet) or The Deck (A La Carte). The food is fresh, totally delicious with a huge variety of cuisine to choose from, this is probably the hardest decision you will have to make while on your holiday - well that and what cocktail/beverage you will have! There is also Makan on Wheels which is great for a snack before the main meal, located near the main bar.

The Zen Pool is adults only where you can have a beverage whilst resting on a sun bed and enjoying the peace and quiet as life passes you by in tropical Bali.

I have no hesitation in recommending your stay at Club Med Bali, the rooms are
air conditioned, clean, tidy and comfortable (though our bed was rather hard).

Do yourself a favour and book for a fantastic, enjoyable and relaxing holiday whether as a couple (like us) a family or group I don't think you will be disappointed.
