Wonderful Stay at Club Med Phuket – Thanks and Tips
5/5 • 15.12.2024Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Club Med Phuket and would like to extend my gratitude to the amazing staff while sharing some thoughts and tips for future guests.
The staff at Club Med Phuket are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Walking around the resort, you’re greeted with warm smiles and kind words. A special thanks to Tuk Tuk from The Mamuang, Ing and Rikya at the front desk, Nadia and Max at the main bar, and Patrick from the mini club—your efforts made this holiday truly unforgettable for me and my family.
Here are some insights from our stay that might be helpful for future guests:
1. Location: The resort is situated at Kata Beach, which is over an hour’s drive from the airport, downtown, and major shopping centers. Traffic in Phuket can be heavy, so make sure to plan your travel time accordingly.
2. Beach: The resort does not have a private beach, so be mindful of which umbrellas and lounge chairs you use. Non-resort facilities will charge a fee.
3. Dining: While the restaurant uses common ingredients, everything is fresh and prepared with great care—you can feel the chefs’ dedication in every dish.
4. Service: The restaurant staff provide thoughtful and attentive service. We only had the chance to dine at The Mamuang this time, but we’re looking forward to trying the highly praised The Chu Da on our next visit.
5. Efficiency: While the staff are passionate and hardworking, handling a large number of guests with diverse needs can slow down service at times. Please be patient and offer them a supportive smile—they’re doing their best to make your experience special.
