FREE Priority Lane when flying from Genève Cointrin airport
For all journeys departing from Geneva with a flight booked via Club Med, the C.G.S counter provides assistance if needed, and hands you a free Priority Lane access upon presentation of your boarding pass.

Club Med offers you this service for all Terminal 1 flights booked with us, including from the France sector.
- The C.G.S counter in Geneva is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.,
and is located in the main hall, departures level - Tel.: 022.717.85.79 - The C.G.S counter in Zurich is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,

For your departures
Departure service: a smooth, fast and comfortable start of your journey.

On departure from Geneva and Zurich you can have your bags collected from your address of choice and put on the plane for you so you can just turn up and fly.
After landing, simply collect your bags from the baggage carousel as you would normally do.
Upon arrival
Arrival Service: your baggage from the plane to your doorstep

- Travel hands-free to your destination
On arrival in Zurich or Geneva, you can have your bags delivered directly to your home or hotel. Simply check-in your bags from your origin airport as you would normally do.
After landing, Airportr's accredited partner agents will collect your bags from the baggage carousel and deliver them to your address of choice.

- Confirm your flight details, choose a timeslot and book your baggage pick-up or delivery up to 24 hours before your flight departure.
- Please note that collection is available within selected areas. To find out whether your location is served, simply progress through the booking funnel and input your home address.
If your post code is not yet served, please note that the service area is continuously being expanded. Check back. - The Airportr service is currently available on all flights operated by Swiss, Edelweiss, Austrian Airlines, KLM, British Airways and easyJet with more airlines joining soon.

Adaptable to your travel schedule

- Thanks to Club Med negotiated rates, you can modify your return flight booked with us free of charge** should you decide to extend or shorten your stay.
All meals will be taken care of in-resort irrespective of arrival / departure times.

Offering you alternative solutions
No additional cost in case of unforeseen event
- Flight schedule change or airline route update.
- Resort forced closure or inaccessiblility from your airport of embarcation: borders closing, natural disaster, new quarantine measures, civil unrest, travel ban, etc.
- If a natural disaster prevents you from flying back home, we extend your stay at our Resort*.
- In case of Airline bankruptcy - we handle the process and rebook you on another airline.
