Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Club Med Les Arcs Panorama, un cadre exceptionnel et une équipe globalement agréable. Malheureusement, une ombre au tableau : le chef de village, Soufiane, dont l’attitude tranche radicalement avec l’esprit du Club.
Peu à l’écoute, enfermé dans une communication exclusivement francophone, il semble totalement déconnecté des attentes des clients, au point qu’une intelligence artificielle ferait preuve de plus d’empathie, de réactivité et de compréhension. Son profil conviendrait sans doute mieux à un poste en arrière-plan, loin de toute interaction humaine. Il est regrettable qu’une personne occupant un rôle aussi central n’ait ni la capacité, ni la volonté d’incarner les valeurs d’accueil et de service du Club Med.
Un séjour incroyable, merci à Soufiane le chef de village pour sa qualité d’accueil , son dévouement et son professionnalisme. Je reviendrai en famille dès cet été , tout le monde est aux petits soins pour les GM. Une mention spéciale pour le service au petit déjeuner tardif du restaurant le Gourmet, toujours aux petits soins . Jérôme
Très bon séjour en famille ( 12 personnes). Le village est magnifique et on a été gâté par le temps ( soleil) Très bien accueilli par Sofiane. La restauration habituelle du club Med était au rendez vous cette fois çi( j'avais été déçu l'année dernière à Samoens) Nous avons apprécié la table réservée chaque soir pour nous tous. Merci beaucoup. Semaine de vacances scolaires donc beaucoup d'enfants et l'équipe de l'ESF était un peu débordée. En conclusion de très belles vacances. Merci à toute l'équipe
