Perfect Resort for Family and friends and would recommend to my friends and relatives that they should enjoy the experience

We loved the hospitality and education of the entire exclusive colection team, especially GUILHERME THEODORO (THEO) who is super dedicated, attentive, always available, a super employee!!! for more people like him at club med. We had a wonderful time in Valmorel, the village is really cosy and beatifull.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about helping guests.

One staff member who stood out was Matteos —he was not only approachable but also very engaging and fun to talk to.

The snowboard instructor: Stephane.J, was highly skilled and exceptionally patient. He paid great attention to detail and made sure every participant felt well cared for.

The hotel rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the views of the surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only slight drawback was that the shower water pressure could have been better.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Our skiing holiday was truly fulfilling and delightful, thanks to the incredible staff and the variety of activities offered at this amazing place!

Special shoutout to bartender Mattheos! Not only were his drinks exceptional, but he also joined us for dinner and shared wonderful conversations with us. His humor and hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends.

Snowboard Instructor Stephan J.
Our snowboarding lessons with Stephan were incredibly rewarding. His professionalism and patience stood out, and he tailored his teaching to suit our individual skill levels. Under his guidance, we improved significantly and developed a newfound love for snowboard.

The teen club was the best experience I have ever had Noé, Loić and Melem were the ones that made my experience the funniest the kitchen food was also very delicious but overall the experience at valmoral was a fruitful with making many new friends.
