Miches Dec Trip
5/5 • 24/12/2024Club Med Miches is an excellent property with super great staff and service, and something for the whole family. I love to play tennis and had a great time with the Tennis GOs Miguel and Angel, and also had an excellent private lesson with Miguel - he’s a great tennis coach and generally a great guy (also a great drummer!). Can’t say enough good things about Miguel and Angel.
My daughter had a great time at the kids club, made friends, and loved kids club GO Iara, and also fell in love with Archery thanks to the archery GO Jhonny, who is another top notch person and GO. She also loved the Michael Jackson show, and has not stopped trying to do the lean since she saw the show.
Food and entertainment are both excellent, we really looked forward to all the meals and enjoyed the shows. Theo, the resort manager, was everywhere and high marks for the energy he brought to the shows and after parties.
Only complaint is the rain it rained a lot and very hard a few times which became more than a nuisance. We will come back for sure but likely a drier time of year, as Nov and Dec appear to have high volumes of rain. We had a great time in spite of the rain, but would have been perfect otherwise.

Gorgeous resort
5/5 • 24/12/2024Family trip with young adults. Gorgeous resort in the jungle, excellent food & fun activities. We had a couple of very heavy rain days but still had a fantastic time. GO team is super friendly and high energy! We loved the beach volleyball, kayak, tennis/pickleball, archery, water sports and evening entertainment. Great vibe throughout the resort.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parasitic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of malaria only in certain remote zones, far from the Resort, along the Haïtian border. The risk concerns the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum, so serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents).
