Club Med Panorama Les Arcs is truly an exceptional destination for an unforgettable holiday!

The childcare service is absolutely fantastic—special thanks to Hugo and Giulia, who went above and beyond to take such great care of our child. Their kindness, energy, and attentiveness made us feel completely at ease, and our little one had an amazing time!

The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with an incredible mix of hospitality, entertainment, and activities for all ages. The GOs and personnel are super friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making every moment feel special.

The Chef de Village is incredibly sympathetic and involved in every activity, creating a cohesive and joyful atmosphere throughout the resort.

The rooms and all facilities are spotless, reflecting the resort’s dedication to hygiene and neatness. Add to that the breathtaking slopes and stunning mountain views, and you have the perfect recipe for a memorable ski holiday.

We can’t recommend Club Med Panorama Les Arcs enough—it’s a place where every detail is taken care of to ensure a fantastic stay! We’ll definitely be back!

This is our third time here in two years. We mainly booked due to the excellent reputation of the child care facilities, but, we also highly rate the hotel, facilities and its location. It’s self contained which makes it easy to navigate around and get what you need quickly. It’s also fantastic that you can ski down to the closest lift (Arc 1600) and be in the heart of Les Arc. When you are finished, you can ski directly back into the hotel. 2 out of the 3 ski tutors I had were brilliant, very encouraging and really built my confidence.

A special shout out to Matthew, who was our daughter’s (20 months) key person for the week. All the children looked like they were having fun. There is also plenty of food options for them and baby rooms should you need something when the restaurant any open.

We would come again and have also been to several other high quality ClubMeds.

On the downside we thought that the Chef de village was not present, he almost looked annoyed to do his job the rare occasions we saw him.

Just came back few days ago and I must say we loved our stay here! We chose Exclusive Collection and it was amazing for a week!

Special thanks to Alexandre and Soufiane who catered to all our needs and went above and beyond for our comfort! You made us feel more than welcome even as non French speakers.

As for the room, we must thank Cristina who not only kept it perfectly clean, but was so lovely and friendly every day to us and our 2 kids! We would take her home if we could!

Room was also very spacious so very much worth it!

Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out our entire stay was very pleasant thanks to them and all the staff.

Only minus for us is the food, which can be improved. But this might just as well be our personal preferences.

Overall highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!
